Our update

This is a pretty good dipiction of how I spend my time.
Oh wait, I also need a picture of me cleaning my house and a picture of me at the church, THEN you would know what I do everyday.
Young Women's is going great and I love the girls, but it's a different experience preparing to leave the calling right after you have accepted it.
I had an appointment with my urologist to go over my lab work.  I found out what most likely caused my kidney stone.  One, I don't drink enough water (but who does, really?), and two, I eat too many nuts and green leafy vegetables.  Oh, o.k.....wait...huh?  (Does anyone else feel like they just can't win when it comes to what to eat and what not to eat?)  At least it was caused by my diet, that is easily fixable. So I drink more water and take Calcium Citrate.
Jeremy and I have tried signing up for a 5K or 10K, but they have all either been on Sunday or on a Saturday that we already have something scheduled (which is all Saturdays).
I think I have finally captured the elusive running high (it only took me like 2 years.)
But, I have a theory about this running mystery.  In my hours of pounding pavement and memorizing every inch of our neighborhood, I have a lot of time to just think.  The high usually kicks in somewhere between 3 and 4 miles.  Before I hit mile 3, my legs, knees, and lungs are usually screaming "Stop! Stop! This hurts!", but I don't stop.  After mile 3, my body just gives up the screaming, and, in an effort to not fall down and never get up, goes completely numb and I think "Wow, I'm going to keep running!"
Yeah....I think I'm right.

I think hunting season is over.  It's either over or Jeremy is now too busy to go.  He did shoot a doe a couple weeks ago.  We gave the meat away,  to the dismay of the kids.  We had cooked deer and also some wild pig that someone else had shot, and the kids could not shove the stuff in fast enough.  We cooked it on Sunday, and I think Nate, Tanner, and Paige polished the rest of it off after school the next day.  No vegetarians in this house, only meat lovers!
Jeremy's nearing the end of the hospital, which means we don't see him a lot.  It looks great, and I'm always so proud of his accomplishments.  (Oh, and I'm also really looking forward to another hospital opening!)
We're anxiously waiting to hear where we'll be moving this summer.  It's a little strange that it's already March and we still don't know where we're heading, but we know we're leaving here.  That's all that matters. (Teeheehee)
Please, not another Texas summer.
