We started out the weekend by floating down the Salmon River. This was Grandpa getting the trailer ready with lots of help from the grandkids.
Kaylee, Saleena (Nichole's 9 year old), Nate, and Masenn (Nichole's 6 year old) looking interested in whatever Grandma Jan is doing. These were the only pictures I took because I didn't want my camera to get wet. Nichole took pictures with a disposable, hopefully I can get some copies and scan them in.

This is at Hobbs' house. Grandma Hobbs put a dam in the ditch and flooded the driveway so the kids could run through the water. Someone was trying to get a picture of Lizzie (Carla's 4 year old) and Paige decided to run through and pose for it. This picture captures her personality like no other.

Nate after running through the water. His face was painted like a spiderweb because we had gone to the library to their summer reading program.

This is Tanner, his face was painted like a bee. They wanted to keep the paint on to show their dad. It didn't last that long.

We celebrated Paige's birthday a month early so Grandma and Grandpa and cousins could celebrate with her. This is her princess cake (Grandma Jan knows her well.)

Paige and Masenn posing with the cake. Once we took the tiarra off the cake and washed it, she wouldn't take it off her head.

We went fishing with Charlie and Nichole and their kids in Kids Creek. I guess this is
Paige's idea of fishing.

Kaylee, Tanner, and Saleena casting their lines.
It was a fun weekend with family, but I was sure glad to see Jeremy at the end of the week!

Paige's fishing pole is hilarious! And I like the boys' painted faces! My twins refused to have theirs done. I'm glad you got to float the river while you were here! I've been wanting to all summer and still haven't done it yet! Enjoy the rest of your summer!
Oh I miss Salmon! Looks like a fun time!
